The International Center for the Protection of Human Rights and Democracy (ICPHRD) is dedicated to defending fundamental human rights, strengthening democratic principles, and ensuring the rule of law in Moldova and across Eastern Europe. Stanislav Pavlovschi is a prominent Moldovan lawyer and human rights advocate known for his unwavering commitment to justice and democracy.
Throughout his a distinguished career that includes serving as a judge at the European Court of Human Rights (2001-2008) and membership in Multidisciplinary Anti-corruption Group, established by the Council of Europe (1996-2001), he brings extensive expertise and insight to the legal field and has been deeply involved in defending human rights and promoting the rule of law, both domestically and internationally.
Pavlovschi’s dedication to upholding fundamental freedoms and fighting against injustice has earned him recognition as a leading figure in Moldova’s legal community.
